Power Rankings - Post 3/20/2020 and Week Prior Editions of Nitro
Honourable Mention) Bray Wyatt:
Picking up the Power Rankings first ever Honourable Mention is Bray Wyatt. Despite being slain at the hands of The Prince, Wyatt was able to keep his name in the spotlight. With a week off Wyatt decided it would be a good idea to show himself during Sting’s possible retirement announcement. His alter ego, The Fiend knocked The Icon unconscious later. This is new for Wyatt as he usually goes after 2KWF roster members rather than a legend. Is this the emergence of a pattern or a planned assault on The Stinger? Only time will tell.
15) Dolph Ziggler:
The Showoff has appeared on 2KWF screens once again and this time it’s with Kieth Lee in his sights. Many underhanded assaults followed Ziggler’s return and nobody expected anything else. These dirty attacks, which we’ve also seen on the likes of AJ Styles, have become a trademark of Dolph’s, his modus operandi. What many did not expect was Bobby Lashley to be at Ziggler’s disposal. These two were seen talking months ago but nothing came of it. Maybe this is what’s been planned all along, or maybe this was a one time deal. Until we find out any further, Ziggler finds himself sat at 15th on our list
14) Kevin Owens:
Owens found himself at the end of a win this week in a triple threat against Shelton Benjamin and Rey Mysterio, two veterans of the industry. The week before he found himself not involved in the pinfall that knocked him out of the Openweight tournament. He’s remained consistent, which is a hard thing to do in this industry. Especially when you’re right in the Undisputed Era’s line of fire. The Tag Team, Openweight and Intercontinental Champions, not to mention their insurance policy Brock Lesnar, all have them on their hit list, but Owens is a former United States and World Champion. This adversity is nothing new to him, I’d go as far as to say he thrives in it. With that in mind, I wouldn’t bet against Owens, especially with the run of form he’s had as of late. 14th for the Prizefighter.
13) Sheamus:
The Celtic Warrior has had to undergo a mindset change as of late. His entire career he’s been in a tag team, holding gold with Batista and Cesaro, but now he’s a fillet fledged singles competitor. We’ve seen glimpses of his skill here and there, with his high point being competing for the North American title against Aliester Black, but this week we truly saw what he could do. He dispatched the ever fearsome Samoa Joe and then proceeded the taunt the crowd. When they responded back, the ringside announcer paid the price. Sheamus is a veteran who’s still unlocking avenues for success and that’s why he’s at 13th this week.
12) Batista & The Revival:
This new alliance forged out of respect, mutual benefit and the ashes of Batista’s title reign seems to be paying dividends. Sure the wins aren’t there but their main goal when the group formed seems to have been reached. Gargano has given Batista what he wants, a title shot and The Revival, who hadn’t been seen in months, are getting more and more eyes on them. Unfortunately The Revival weren’t able to get a shot at UE but with the possibility of Batista holding gold once again, maybe The Animal can use his influence to help his allies out. That is of course if he beats Johnny Champion, until then they land at 12th on our list.
11) The Artist Collective/Ricochet & Cesaro:
This list seems to be all about firsts. The first honourable mention and now at 11th the first duel tag team ranking. Ciampa and Bryan did something similar on our power rankings last week. To be honest, Cesaro wouldn’t have found himself on this list if it weren’t for last week. The Artist Collective had beat him down twice in a row and other than the DQ win, denying Sami Zayn seemed to have paid no benefit. That was until an unlikely ally came to his aid. Ricochet was able to send the international duo running while they beat Cesaro down, meaning Cesaro was able to get some revenge, despite not through his own doing. These two alliances seem interlocked for now, but the coming weeks may show which one pulls ahead.
10) Daniel Bryan:
Champion no more. Ciampa has shown that he truly was The Planet’s Superman’s Kryptonite. Many may ask why he’s as high as tenth or why he’s on the list as all, and it’s a pretty simple answer. This man was the longest reigning world champion in history. Hold the second longest reign in history. He’s beat everybody thrown his way except for one person. This ranking is given to him out of respect. He’s dominated this rankings for as long as they’ve existed. Now the ball is in his court. He has to comeback after this loss with a bang or else he may drop down or off the list. A main stay of this list, Bryan now finds himself without a title and ranked 10th.
9) Christian:
Captain Charisma has returned. The former world champion beat Andrade in his return to the ring and afterwards cut a fiery promo. The fans truly missed Christian. Proving it by remaining invested in every move, every word, everything he did. A true workhouse and expert on the mic, Christian looked as fluid as ever in the ring and as captivating as ever as a talker. The self proclaimed Undefinable Underdog hinted at one more match. And then two. And then three. Indicating to everyone that he intends on staying here for a long time. He wants to hold titles and break records which in fairness he looks poised to do, but until then Christian is at 9th.
8) Velveteen Dream:
Last week The Dream gave The Prince an experience he wouldn’t forget. After failing to gain the Undisputed Championship a win was exactly what he needed and was thankfully what he was able to get. Dream has quite the track record as well, beating the likes of Brock Lesnar and Aliester Black so maybe the hiatus after his loss to Bryan was exactly what he needed. He can now had a win for the newly in form Finn Bálor to his resume and it looks like he’s picking up right where he left off. 8th for the Mogul of Mind Games.
7) Johnny Gargano [US]:
Johnny Champion may be getting jumped every week by The Animal and The Top Guys but that just shows how good of a competitor is. It takes 3 of 2KWF’s elite to attack Gargano from behind every week and Gargano still challenges Batista to a United States Championship match. That takes guts. Taking a beating every week and still competing takes heart. Not to mention the man he beat for the title is now a champion in his own right, we’ll get to that, which only makes his win more impressive. And at the end of the day, despite not being conscious to see the victory, he did technically beat The Revival. 7th place for Gargano.
6) Seth Rollins & His Disciples:
The Messiah expanded his reach last week with the addiction of Drew Gulak and Sasha Banks. That now makes it Rollins, AOP, Banks and Gulak. Seth has not only recruited but also guided his disciples to greener pastures. AOP beat The Revival last week and technically beat the reigning tag team champions this week, unfortunately they weren’t able to walk away with the titles though. Banks found herself in the finals on the Women’s IC title tourney and took 4 InSane Elbows before taking the three count. Gulak found himself losing his Openweight title tournament much but not through his own fault. Had he won that I believe this group would be higher and had he then won the title I know this group would be ranked higher. For now though they’re at 6.
5) Becky Lynch [Women’s]:
The Man’s placement is similar to Bryan’s in the sense it’s out of respect. She hasn’t done much these past two weeks but unlike Bryan she’s still got her title. She’s also at the forefront of what seems like a resurgence of sorts of the women’s division. It’s hard to deny that some of this, the new title or new faces or both, isn’t due to Becky’s immense popularity. It is a double edged sword though. This rebirth of the women’s division also means more people aiming at the target on Lynch’s back. Knowing Lynch, she’s probably already aware and already game for these new challenges. 5th for the Lasskicker.
4) Kairi Sane [WIC]:
Right above The Women’s Champion is The Women’s Intercontinental Champion. Kairi Sane made an impact on her first night back, beating Sasha Banks in their aforementioned match last week. Sane looks to be in great form, rivalling her time competing for the Women’s title. Sane claimed that she wanted her ‘gold’ back and it looks like she hasn’t gotten the one she had in mind, but it’s treasure nonetheless. Sane wasn’t in competition this week so the fans must be aching to see the new champ compete. 4th for the Pirate of the Sky
3) Matt Riddle:
Riddle has been one thing since his debut. Unstoppable. Andrade, Samoa Joe, Gulak, Ryder, and now Murphy all beaten by Matt Riddle in singles competition. All either tapped or submitted while he himself is yet to be tapped or submitted. The sky is truly the limit for this newcomer to the 2KWF. The Stallion’s nonchalant attitude has also been captivating the 2KWF audience since his arrival. It’s time for those in the locker room to finally take notice and treat Riddle as the threat he is. 3rd for the Original Bro.
2) The Undisputed Era [IC, Tag, Openweight]:
4 men. 4 titles. 4 words. The prophecy is completed.
1) Tommaso Ciampa [Undisputed]:
Daniel Bryan’s reign is over. I began to wonder if we’d ever see the day. Ciampa is the man to have ended this historic reign and was it ever a question wether or not he’d rank 1st? The mind games, the house break ins, the honestly disturbing comments made towards Bryan’s family. All of them. Worth it. The Blackheart grabs his 2nd title in 2KWF. Goldie is finally his. He won the Slammy for hottest prospect and now it’s clear why. Looking back at this entire feud, it’s brilliant to see Ciampa’s every move, every word, every action. All of them done with this goal in mind. The brutal referee stoppage, the second in 2KWF history, was, at least I be, apart of Ciampa’s plan. This cold calculated system to get the title. And now he’s got it. And now, the locker room and fans have no idea what to expect. 1st.

Power Rankings - Post 2/22/20 Edition of Starrcade
10) Batista & The Revival
Beginning our list is this newly formed, Frankenstein-ish alliance. Batista and The Revival look to have teamed up out of mutual interests, making it clear last night that the US title is their main priority. With a cryptic warning sent by The Revival on the preshow, and a brutal attack by the trio after Gargano's title win following it, Batista looks to take back the title he never lost. This alliance is still new and are unproven in the ring, however, landing them only at 10th.
9) Andrade ‘Cien’ Almas
“Don’t be a hero Juan” is what Almas said to Cena right before their match at Starrcade. Following a Hammerlock DDT, Andrade was able to keep Cena down for the three count, an accomplishment which he must be very proud of and most likely won’t keep quiet about. Now that he’s proven he can hang with 2KWF’s elite, it may just be time for El Idolo to take that final step into superstardom. But for now, he's at the ninth spot on these rankings
8) The Undisputed Era
Starrcade could’ve gone better for The Boys. Roddy was unable to beat Gargano for the US title and fulfill the prophecy, but no titles were lost. Brock put away The Rock to put UE on the board, and Adam Cole, despite technically losing, still kept his IC title. The tag team titles also still remain with Kyle O’Reilley and Bobby Fish. It wasn’t a horrible night for UE, but certainly not the night they wanted. 8th.
7) Prince Bálor
Prince Bálor was able to do the unthinkable and vanquish the Fiend at Starracade. With Bray Wyatt finally taken care of now, it seems only natural that Bálor shifts his attention towards something new . Maybe he’ll finally get ahold of the strap he’s been itching for, or maybe he’ll set his eyes on a new target. The sky’s the limit for The Demon King but seventh his spot on our power rankings.
6) Seth Rollins
Seth preached his plans to beat The Viper and he delivered on them. After a gruelling falls count anywhere match, it was Seth Rollins who had his armed raised at the end of it. Now with two wins over Orton, Rollins seemingly looks to move on. With his prediction being proven right and AOP by his side, it may be time for others to take notice and follow his lead. But for now, The Messiah is at sixth.
5) Daniel Bryan/Tommaso Ciampa
Weeks of mind games, beatdowns, and threats at the hands of Tommaso Ciampa in the lead up to Starrcade were supposed to culminate in the ring tonight in a main event for the ages. Ciampa's complete ruthlessness and Bryan's surprising vulnerability were to make a match to be remembered. And, perhaps for the wrong reasons some hoped, it may be. Starrcade's epic main event may me remembered as the day The Planet's Champion snapped. Recalling the threats to his family and following up on what he said on Nitro, Bryan brutally attacked Ciampa mid match to the point where the ref had to issue a no contest. Bryan's beating given to his challenger, and Ciampa being the one to make him snap in the first place is enough to have them share the number 5 spot, but the indecisive end to the pay-per-view keeps them from being any higher. With a rematch scheduled for Nitro, these two look to have a title match with a definitive winner this time around.
4) Matt Riddle
The Original Bro continues his rise up the rankings, landing at fourth this time around. Riddle was able to defeat the returning Drew Gulak after a single BroMission. Considering Drew Gulak, a submission specialist, was taken care of easily, the rest of the locker room must have taken notice if they hadn't already. Now that Riddle has multiple impressive wins under his belt, and that BroMission has hopefully reminded Gulak of the number three, only time will tell if championship gold is in The Stallion's future.
3) Johnny Gargano
At third is the newest United States Champion, who won a hard fought match against Roderick Strong last night to cap off the US title tournament. The celebration didn’t last long for Johnny however, as the newly formed alliance of The Revival and Batista laid him out after his victory. Knowing Johnny Gargano, his resilience and heart will keep him from backing down from this new numbers disadvantage. Johnny Champion lands at third.
2) Shane McMahon and Drew McIntyre
"The Best in the World" Shane McMahon, with the help of Drew McIntyre, dispatched of The Miz last night to retain his North American Championship. Despite McIntyre aiding him a few times, and Miz putting on a heartful performace, Shane put on quite the showing against Mike. Now with one defence under his belt, and McIntyre firmly by his side, McMahon looks to have a fairly long reign ahead of him if he continues excellent showings like tonight. 2nd.
1) Becky Lynch
For the first time ever, a woman is at the top spot of the power rankings, and we couldn’t think of anyone else better than The Champ to be the one to do it. Becky Lynch has proven to be one of the toughest Women's Champions in company history, and her win last night solidified the fact that she is The Man of the women's division. With a victory and succesful title defense over The Boss, her toughest challenge yet, under her belt, and her reign passing the 100 day mark, it's safe to say that Becky Lynch has earned the jump from 4th place last week to 1st this week.

Power Rankings - Post 2/7/20 Edition of Nitro Heading Into Starrcade
*Note*
Rankings are in a list of 15 format this week to better include other superstars and their story on the way to Starrcade
15) Drew Gulak
Drew Gulak finally made his response to Matt Riddle this week in the form of an attack after his tag match with Zack Ryder. With a submission match officially in the books for Starrcade, Drew Gulak has caught the attention of the 2KWF Universe and earns a spot on the power rankings.
14) Bray Wyatt
Although The Fiend has been beaten before by Seth Rollins, he made his presence known once again as something to be feared when he laid out Prince Bálor ahead of their match at Starrcade. Combined with "Firefly Funhouse" Bray delivering another chilling edition of the Funhouse, this time targeting Bálor, Bray and the Fiend are more than deserving of a spot on the power rankings.
13) Randy Orton
Randy Orton got some form of payback on Seth Rollins by RKOing Rollins after his match with Ricochet. However, as a result of being attacked by AOP and already having lost to Rollins before, Randy finds himself much lower on this list than he normally would.
12) Kevin Owens
While Kevin Owens does not have a match at Starrcade, that doesn't necessarily mean he didn't have a good outing on Nitro. Owens beat Roderick Strong after being picked to be Strong's opponent by Johnny Gargano and showed he is still a serious contender to the United States Championship. KO's win over a potential next US champ earns him the 12th spot.
11) The Rock
The Rock has found himself on the winning side against Undisputed Era twice now. Beating Adam Cole in a singles match on Nitro, Rock is on a hot streak and now has a match against Brock Lesnar set for Starrcade. As a result, Rocky is placed just outside of the top 10 of the power rankings
10) The Undisputed Era
The Boys found themselves at the hands of yet another string of losses on Nitro. And this week, there's no Roddy win to keep them from falling lower on the list. Cole was bested in a singles match with less than one week to go until Starrcade, and Roddy was handed a loss at the hands of Kevin Owens before his US title match with Johnny Gargano. As UE are now at one of their lowest points power rankings wise just a single ppv after System Shock, is the prophecy now in danger of not being fulfilled by the end of Starrcade?
9) Seth Rollins
Seth made good on his promises to begin a revolution following last week's revelation of Seth being the one to orchestrate AOP's attack on Randy Orton. AOP and Rollins are now a trio to be feared in the future, as the new Saturday Night Messiah beat Ricochet following a failed attempt to "convert" him.
8) Daniel Bryan
The Undisputed Champion has rebounded from his fall down the power rankings from last week thanks to defeating Prince Bálor in a singles match. However, as it will be mentioned again later in this list, Bryan was bested by Tommaso Ciampa yet again to end the last Nitro before Starrcade, making his climb back to the top of the rankings less than it would have been.
7) Roman Reigns
Reigns again bested Adam Cole this week by aiding his cousin The Rock in fending off a ringside danger in Brock Lesnar, eventually leading to Rock's pinfall victory over the IC Champion. With Kurt now retired, Reigns seems to be the one man to consistently get under UE's skin and is a primary reason for Cole's loss on Saturday. Roman goes into Starrcade with the upper hand over UE and a 7th place spot on this list.
6) The Miz
Miz continued with his mission to capture the North American Championship on Nitro this week, this time getting John Cena to join him in a tag match against the NA champ and Drew McIntyre. The unlikely pairing proved to be the winners of the match thanks to an AA on Shane McMahon, leading to Miz's higher placing on the rankings than last week.
5) Matt Riddle
Matt Riddle continued his string of wins this week in a win over both Samoa Joe and AJ Styles in a tag match with Zack Ryder as his partner. Despite Styles' fantastic performance, AJ found himself tapping out to the Bromission to end the match. Now being scheduled to take on a returning Drew Gulak, Riddle heads into Starrcade with all the momentum in the world and a firmly placed spot among the top 5 competitors in 2KWF
4) Becky Lynch
The Champ overcame a brutal attack at the hands of Shayna Baszler near the beginning of Nitro tonight. Refusing to be ruled out of action and simply taking the countout loss, Becky ignored the advice of the medical staff and returned for her scheduled match with Shayna. Although she took even more punishment at the hands of Baszler throughout the match, Lynch proved to be the victor following a Manhandle Slam. Lynch wasn't able to celebrate for long, however, due to being attacked again after her match at the hands of Sasha Banks. Heading into Starrcade, and barring any potential health issues, The Champ looks more than willing and prepared to exact revenge against The Boss.
3) Sasha Banks
All the way in the top 3 of the rankings, Sasha Banks returned to Nitro with a shock placement into the Queen of the Ring finals, and eventually ended up winning the match. Sasha continued to make a case as to why she's currently the woman to beat by beating The Champ senseless with a chair following her match with Shayna Baszler. Going as far as to traumatize a small child, it's easy to say that no other woman on the roster is as capable or hungry to dethrone Becky than newly crowned Queen Sasha.
2) Johnny Gargano
Johnny is once again placed at #2 on the power rankings this week as a result of yet another victory. This time, Gargano beat Hulk Hogan in convincing fashion and followed it up with a scathing promo directed at Roderick Strong. As the weeks have gone by, Gargano has returned to form as the man that went toe to toe with Daniel Bryan and Ric Flair. The chances of Johnny becoming Johnny Champion once again seem higher than ever as Starrcade looms closer.
1) Tommaso Ciampa
Despite not having a match this week, Tommaso Ciampa has once again proven to have gotten inside the mind of the Undisputed Champion. Using his opponent's daughter for his next mind game, Bryan found himself unleashing his frustration promised earlier in the night in his victory over Prince Bálor. Continuing to plant seeds of doubt into the remaining length of Bryan's reign, Ciampa attacked Bryan after his match and ended up holding the Undisputed Championship in his hands to close out Nitro. Ciampa goes into Starrcade with the clear advantage, both mentally and in the ring, justifying his continued placement at the top of the list.

Power Rankings - Post 1/24/20 & 2/1/20 Editions of Nitro
10) Rhea Ripley
Rhea Ripley finally made her presence known tonight by spoiling fan favorite and new signee Toni Storm's debut in favor of being one step closer to being crowned the 2020 Queen of the Ring. Combined with her commanding promo, Rhea Ripley finds herself placed on this list as a threat to Becky Lynch's reign.
9) Daniel Bryan
For the first time in what seems like forever, Daniel Bryan does not top this list. While he did successfully defend his championship against Velveteen Dream, Bryan has found himself being bested by Tommaso Ciampa at every turn, and has shown vulnerability for the first time since becoming The Planet's Champion. All of this combined is cause for his drastic lowering on the power rankings.
8) Randy Orton
Not ruling out anybody or trusting anyone, The Viper has ran through the entire locker room in his quest to find his attacker. His journey led him to taking on AJ Styles, and eventually overcoming The Phenomenal One, in a match tonight before being attacked post match by the Authors of Pain. While The Viper has been a man on a mission, the increasing drama surrounding other superstars on this list stops him from being placed higher.
7) The Miz
The Miz has finally gotten the championship opportunity he's wanted after winning a Fatal Four Way match earlier tonight. As he looks towards becoming a champion once again, can Miz overcome the massive roadblock on the way to the NA title and Shane McMahon that is Drew McIntyre? Only time will tell. But for now, Mike the Miz finds himself #7 on this list.
6) Matt Riddle
Matt Riddle has been nothing short of amazing since his debut. Heading into Nitro tonight, Riddle was fresh off of a huge win against Samoa Joe in one of both men's best matches we've seen to date. The momentum was hoped to be continued tonight, but Samoa Joe seemed to have other plans by attacking and choking the Bro out mid match. An argument could easily be made for him being higher on the list, but the competition has been fierce, placing Matt Riddle at #6.
5) The Undisputed Era
The Boys find themselves slightly lower on the power rankings this week due in large part to their defeat to Roman Reigns and a returning Rock in a tag match. However, Roddy's monumental win over The Hulkster to advance to the US title finals keeps UE's dream of being draped in gold alive and ensures their spot in the top 5 on this list.
4) Becky Lynch
The Champ returned to Nitro 2 weeks ago and called out the Women's Division on their "complacency". It seems to have worked too, as a number of challengers have now stepped up to the plate, enough to even introduce the Queen of the Ring Tournament to crown The Champ's new challenger. One participant being Asuka, who Becky outlasted last week in a great showcase for both women. And tonight, Lynch continued her trash talk by responding to Shayna Baszler's call-out and giving her thoughts on the Queen of the Ring competitors, earning her a spot higher on this list than the others.
3) Roman Reigns
Roman Reigns' victory over Shinsuke Nakamura proved to be a decisive one last week. This week, Roman continued to make his case stronger as an increasingly worrying threat to the Champ of the Year winner by calling in a favor to The Rock to be his mystery partner in a tag match on this week's Nitro. His recent dominance and defeat of Brock Lesnar and Cole in a tag match places him in the top 3 of this week's power rankings.
2) Johnny Gargano
Johnny Gargano has quietly been on a tear as of late after returning to form. After beating AJ Styles and being the one to send him over the edge, Johnny followed it up with a win over Ricochet in the US tourney. Tonight, he guaranteed his chance to become United States Champion by beating a determined Kevin Owens in the semis to advance to the finals, where he and Roderick Strong will collide. Johnny Wrestling looks to become Johnny Champion once again as he earns his 2nd place spot this week.
1) Tommaso Ciampa
Topping the list is the Blackheart himself, who has proven to be a superstar with one of the brightest futures since his return. Following his monumental win in a Fatal Four Way Match, Ciampa kept his momentum going this week by playing mind games with the Undisputed Champion and invading his house. With Daniel Bryan already having fallen to Ciampa before, has Daniel Bryan finally met his match?

2020 Power Rankings
10) Braun Strowman
Kicking off the first power rankings of 2K20 is The Monster Among Men. Braun Strowman has seen himself getting bested by both Drew McIntyre and Shane McMahon in recent weeks. A great performance against Drew this week and his eyes firmly set on the North American Championship sees him at 10th.
9) Buddy Murphy
Despite the loss to Roman Reigns, Buddy Murphy put on a star making performance against The Big Dog. It took four spears to put The Best Kept Secret down for the three count. Buddy also seemed to show respect for both his opponent and the crowd after the match. 9th.
8) Johnny Gargano
Gargano was able to put AJ Styles away this week. Not only that but you could make the argument that his win was the straw that broke the camel’s for the Phenomenal One. Despite the win though, Gargano wasn’t the one left standing tall at the end of his encounter with Styles and that’s why he’s no higher than 8th.
7) Matt Riddle
The Original Bro is still to be pinned or submitted yet. He also was able to avenge his loss with the W against Andrade this week. Now with a submission match set in the works with Samoa Joe, Riddle has a chance to prove that he is one of the in ring talent next week when he faces the longest reigning IC champion.
6) Shinsuke Nakamura
With a win against Samoa Joe and a number one contenders match for the IC title next week, The King of Strong Style seems poised to get his hands on gold again. He will have to beat Roman Reigns in his journey for the IC title though.
5) Drew McIntyre and Shane McMahon [NAC]
This new alliance between former and current North American Champions seems to be benefitting both men. Shane McMahon has one of the most terrifying men in 2KWF watching his back and Drew McIntyre gets to make sure his title stays prestigious as well as keeping good relations with the boss’ son. Both have been able to keep Braun Strowman at bay for now as well and now both see themselves at 5th in our power rankings.
4) Bayley
Bayley keeps finding herself in the title picture and for good reason as well. She just keeps on winning. A triple threat win last week and a triple threat win this week. She also beat the champion this week too, not pinning her of course but a wins a win. She may have not challenged for the title last pay per view but she seems set to do so in the next one.
3) Roman Reigns
At third we have Roman Reigns. The Big Dog beat Buddy Murphy to face Nakamura next week as previously mentioned. Roman Reigns has had his fair share of encounters with the IC Champion before so only time will tell if Adam Cole and The Big Dog meet again.
2) The Undisputed Era [Tag and IC]
The Undisputed Era has been nothing but impressive coming off of their own pay per view. ReDragon’s win over Gallows and Anderson merely cemented this idea. Roderick Strong went the distance with KO. Adam Cole has continued to impress. Oh and don’t forget, they’ve got Brock Lesnar in their chequebook.
1) Daniel Bryan [Undisputed]
The cash in was no problem. Daniel Bryan successfully defended his title again. This time it was against Mr Money in the Bank, Velveteen Dream. Not only does this put another W in his record but it also has him breathing a sigh of relief. No longer does he have to worry about a surprise cash in. The Planet’s Champion lives to fight another day but with Dream out of the way, this just opens up the hallway for more people to stake a claim at the champ.

Post System Shock & Slammys Power Rankings
10) Tommaso Ciampa
Ciampa has had quite the buzz surrounding his name and return heading into the new season of 2KWF. With a Slammy award to his name already, Ciampa earns himself a spot on the rankings, but with no new match to his name yet, no higher than 10th.
9) Seth Rollins
The Fiendslayer stood tall at the end of of his hellacious match against Bray Wyatt. After beating the Most Improved Superstar of the Year, and if he’s able to continue this run of form and improve from his poor results in the beginning of the season, Seth climbing higher on the rankings seems like a natural progression. But 9th is where he find himself. For now.
8) Dolph Ziggler
Dolph Ziggler has consistently been the most inconsistent member of the 2KWF roster, but a win against the always resilient AJ Styles is a good sign. With his shock win and proclamation of being a ‘God-King’, whatever that means, Dolph has done enough to land the 8th spot after terrorizing Styles for weeks.
7) Aleister Black
It may have taken a call out from Triple H, but Black made an impact at System Shock. The former North American champion has been in poor form recently, but this win and 7th ranking may just be what he needs to rise to the top.
6) Randy Orton
The Viper returned after hiatus with one thing on his mind—Finn Bálor. At System Shock he got what he wanted, and not only did he fight Bálor, but he beat him too. The last ever Universal Champion looks hellbent on rising back to the top and I can’t think of any man that can stand in his way. 6th.
5) Jon Moxley
It may have taken an attitude and name change but Jon Moxley has finally tasted the gold. After coming up short time and time again, the man formerly known as ‘Dean Ambrose’ managed to deliver quite the paradigm shift by capturing the North American Championship in a thriller of a Fatal Four Way Match. With a rage driven Drew McIntyre possibly looking to regain his title, can Jon stay on top? Only time will tell.
4) Becky Lynch
The Man is champ once again and was able to defend her title against Nikki Bella at System Shock. With 2 Slammys to her name to boot, The Champ is ruling over the women’s division and is at the 4th spot on our list.
3) Batista
The American Icon managed to defend his title with all the odds against him. With EC3 officially put away and John Cena presumably only being a one off, the Animal can focus on his next challenger.
2) The Undisputed Era
Slammys? Won. New Day? Beat. Angle? Retired. UE? On top. The Undisputed Era continues to reign supreme, and with a reported title opportunity on the next Nitro, Roddy can make sure all The Boys are draped in gold.
1) Daniel Bryan
Was it really a question as to whether or not Bryan would be on top at the end of the night? He dispatched HBK in convincing fashion, won the MOTY and Superstar of the Year awards, and his grip on the main event scene only tightens with each passing day. With each successful defense, the 2KWF Universe is left with one question—can anyone dethrone Daniel Bryan?

Post 7/12/19 Edition of Nitro Power Rankings
10) The Undisputed Era
At number 10 is The Undisputed Era. Despite taking two losses in their two matches tonight, the announcement of System Shock is a good enough reason to have The Boys rank tenth.
9) Finn Bálor
The extraordinary man who can do extraordinary things ranks 9th this week. After having his shot at the Undisputed Title ruined by a returning Viper, Finn Bálor faced off against Orton and Drew in a tag team match with Rusev as his partner. Despite winning, Finn took his fair share of punishment and didn’t pick up the pinfall. With this win Finn looks like he has the upper hand against Randy.
8) Bray Wyatt
After what can only be described as a disturbing promo by Bray Wyatt last week, which seems to be the start of his new ‘show’, Wyatt made his presence felt this week. He caused a fatal four way to be ended by interfering in it. He targeted Seth Rollins, absolutely destroying The Architect around ringside. Not to mention he made Nakamura and Ali vanish.
7) Nikki Bella
With a match for the Women’s Title coming up at System Shock there’s no denying that Nikki Bella a force to be reckon with. Not to mention the fact that the match she competed in was a fatal four way elimination match. If her words are to be taken seriously, The Bellalution is closer than we all think.
6) The New Day
The power of positivity is running through the 2KWF Universe. With Big E picking up a win over Kyle O’Reilly, The New Day are becoming real threats to ReDragon. Not to mention Kofi has a chance to beat Fish next week.
5) Batista
The American Icon Batista is not backing down from EC3. In fact, he’s bringing the fight straight to EC3. After the two had a heated war of wars The Animal laid out his the former champ. Not to mention that he brushed off everything The Top 1% had said earlier by responding with, “See ya then.”
4) Rusev
At four is Rusev. After announcing the sad news of Aiden English’s injury, Rusev claimed that his match against Drew would be ‘For Aiden English’. He then picked up a win against McIntyre in a tag team match. Could he be a legitimate threat or is he just another name in Drew’s kill list?
3) Kurt Angle
The Olympian was on fire tonight. He first sent all of Undisputed Era packing when Adam Cole tried degrading Kurt Angle’s Olympic opponent. Then he picked up a win against Roderick Strong later in the night. Adam Cole beat Angle once, but Angle is proving that he might not beat him twice.
2) Daniel Bryan
The Undisputed Champion is probably one of if not the most consistent performer in 2KWF. Despite not competing tonight Daniel still made his presence known. First getting in the minds of Miz and HBK during Miz TV, he then laid out HBK after he picked up a hard earned win against Miz.
1) Shawn Michaels
Michaels has had quite the return. After causing the first stoppage during a match last week, he became the number one contender to The Undisputed Title. He may have ended the night with a knee in his face, but his momentum is undeniable.

Post MITB Nitro Power Rankings
June 23rd 2019
10) Seth Rollins
Rollins is a new man. After a short break The Architect returned and claimed that his losing streak was finally about to end. And after a stellar match with Jeff Hardy his claim was proven right.
9) Dolph Ziggler
After coming up short at MITB, Dolph Ziggler made a statement. He attacked AJ while AJ tried to have a heart to heart moment with the fans. After the attack Ziggler made his way backstage before appearing again. He claimed that it should’ve been him to face Bryan and now he’ll give Styles what he deserves.
8) Batista
Next up in our rankings is the self proclaimed American Icon, Batista. 8 days into his reign and the title as already gotten to his ego. With EC3 looking for his title back, Batista better be careful.
7) The Miz
This week The Miz was able to put away both Chris Jericho and Finn Balor in his return match. Not only that but that match was his return. Next week he’ll face HBK and if he wins that he’ll be able to face Bryan for the Undisputed title, if that happens 2kwf will truly be AWESOME.
6) The New Day
Kofi Kingston and Big E were able to beat Sanity’s Alexander Wolfe and Killian Dane in a big match. They were able to secure a title match against the tag team champions. With a win under their belt and the power of positivity on their side they are legitimately a threat to The Undisputed Era.
5) Rusev
Ranked at fifth is the Bulgarian Brute, Rusev. After his record setting reign with Aiden English came to an end, Rusev found himself in the singles division this week. With English injured it’s time for Rusev to prove himself as a solo threat and he did exactly that by beating some of 2KWF’s best to earn a shot at Drew McIntyre’s North American championship.
4) Shawn Michaels
This week Shawn Michaels did the same thing as The Miz. He returned and beat two opponents to earn a shot at the number one contendership. So why is it that he’s ranked 3 spots higher? It’s simple. He forced a stoppage by the referee in his match. For the first time ever in 2KWF history a match was stopped by the referee. That Sweet Chin Music is looking real dangerous and it’s got its sites on The Miz and Daniel Bryan.
3) Becky Lynch
AND NEW WOMENS CHAMPION BECKY LYNCH! Was the last thing the 2kwf fans heard on Nitro. The Man is now a two time women’s champ. She ended Bayley’s second reign before it could even get started and now The Irish Lasskicker is looking more dangerous than ever with the championship around her waist once again.
2) The Undisputed Era
Another week. Another high ranking for The Boys ™. With Fish and O’Riley given the week off in terms of competition, Roddy and Cole really stole the show. First Roderick Strong pulls double duty to help out Cole against Roman Reigns and Kurt Angle. Then secondly, him and Adam end up winning the match. Oh and I forgot to mention, Adam Cole has the chance to retire Kurt Angle the next time the two face off in singles competition. Adam Cole Baybay might just have to turn into Legend Killer Baybay.
1) Daniel Bryan
With all the returns and debuts 2KWF has had this week you still can’t deny one man reigns supreme. The Undisputed Champion, Daniel Bryan. After a war against AJ Styles, Bryan put on a show stealer against Kevin Owens this week. The wins keep stacking up for the champ and everyone is left with only one question in their mind. Will he ever lose the strap?
10) Seth Rollins
Rollins is a new man. After a short break The Architect returned and claimed that his losing streak was finally about to end. And after a stellar match with Jeff Hardy his claim was proven right.

Post MITB Power Rankings
June 8th 2019
10) Sami Zayn
Despite putting up a tremendous effort, Zayn still managed to come up short against long time rival Kevin Owens. If it wasn’t for that performance Zayn may have not made the rankings but the effort he put up was too good to ignore.
9) Mustafa Ali
Just like Sami Zayn, Ali was inches away from victory only to come up short. The returning cruiserweight gave North American champ Drew McIntyre a run for his money. Ali busted out everything he had to beat the Scottish Psychopath and was easily one of Drew’s toughest challenges yet. To push someone like McIntyre to his limits is impressive enough, but to do it on your return guarantees a spot on our list.
8) Velveteen Dream
The Dream has become reality. Mr MITB seems truly unstoppable. He’s gone from memorable match to memorable match and now he’s given a title shot at a time of his choosing. Daniel Bryan better have eyes at the back of his head.
7) Charlotte Flair
The queen is back and she’s made an immediate impact. Charlotte first became the second ever 2kwf Mrs MITB and then stood tall over a defeated lynch and new champion bayley.
6) Bayley
Bayley is champ once again. Last year she walked out of MITB as Mrs MITB and now she’s walking out as the new women’s champion. It is undeniable that Bayley will have a successful reign but with long term rival Charlotte always around corner, The Hugger must stay alert.
5) Batista
The hunt is over for the Animal. He’s finally got his prize, the United States Title. With the animal finally getting the title he’s had his eye on since John Cena’s reign, only time will tell how dominant he will be.
4) Kevin Owens
What. A. Match. Kevin Owens stood tall over Sami after that battle the two put on. Now each has a win a piece but it’s undeniable that the former United States Champion has all the momentum in the world after that match.
3) Drew McIntyre
Another show, another defence for the longest reigning North America Champion. Despite facing his toughest competition yet, Drew still stands tall. The Scottish Psychopath seems unstoppable walking out of Money In The Bank.
2) Daniel Bryan
And still your 2KWF Undisputed World Champion, Daniel Bryan. Bryan was able to knock down the Phenomenal One for 10 seconds and retain his precious title. Daniel Bryan is closing in on Seth Rollins record as longest reigning world champion which has to improve his mindset even more.
1) The Undisputed Era
Four for Four. The Boys stay undefeated during all of money in the bank. Roderick Strong beats Roman Reigns in under 6 minutes. (Just like how Adam Cole beat Seth Rollins.) ReDragon retain their newly won titles against the former champions Rusev Day. And to end their day Adam Cole retained his IC title against Kurt Angle. The future truly does look...Undisputed.

Power Rankings for the weeks leading up to
MITB:
June 1st 2019
15) Shelton Benjamin
Our list begins with Shelton Benjamin. The veteran has been chalking up wins for a while now and it’s finally paid off for him as he earned a spot in MITB. If that wasn’t enough to earn a spot on this list, he also managed to beat a returning Robert Roode on the go home show.
14) Kevin Owens
KO has been locked in a heated rivalry with his arch enemy Sami Zayn. The pair have been in a war of words as of late but neither have stepped in the ring in awhile, which is the reason Kevin doesn’t find himself higher up this month.
13) Sami Zayn
Just above KO is Sami Zayn. Again, both haven’t stepped in the ring in weeks but Sami Zayn finds himself one spot above his counterpart due to him winning their last singles encounter at Bad Blood.
12) Roman Reigns
Despite a loss to his brother last week, The Big Dog picks up a big W against Adam Cole. He then proceeded to save Kurt Angle as well as getting a match between him and Strong booked for MITB. This earns Roman 12th.
11) Bray Wyatt
What is there to say about Wyatt that hasn’t been said already. It’s safe to say Bray has been unleashing a winter of sorts as of late. Now the Eater Of Worlds finds himself poised to win MITB.
10) EC3
The Top 1% finds himself in 10th. The US champ has an animal coming for him. Despite the quick rise to the top a beating by Batista has the champ placed lower then he normally would’ve been.
9) Drew McIntyre
Name a more dominant force.
8) Velveteen Dream
The charismatic Dream has quickly become one of 2kwf’s most recognized faces. His instant classic matches and eye catching attires have made him a star. Will winning MITB make him a legend?
7) Kurt Angle
Kurt pulled of a miracle on the go home show. He managed to beat Bobby Lashely and Dean Ambrose in one night. The Olympic Gold Medalist is back on the rise after an embarrassing world title loss to Ric Flair is Dublin.
6) Bayley
The former Mrs MITB heads into this years event in 6th place. She’s facing Becky at the PPV for the title but losing to a debuting IIconics hurts the Hugger’s standing.
5) Batista
The Animal has been eyeing for the US title during the era of John Cena’s stranglehold on the division. He finally has his chance. And with big wins and even bigger attacks The Animal is 5th in the rankings. Not to mention beating Black guaranteed his match would be 1 v 1
4) The Undisputed Era
BOOM! Just like that 3/4 of the UE have titles. Adam Cole has only faced minor hiccups since becoming champ and ReDragon beat the longest reigning Tag Team Champions, Rusev Day. Also, Roddy has a chance to beat 12th place Roman at MITB.
3) AJ Styles
Starting off our top 3 is A.J. Styles. The phenomenal one put up one hell of a performance in a gauntlet match, just to lose to Daniel Bryan. He tried to screw over Daniel Bryan, but Bryan won anyway. AJ is a strong contender for the number one spot but these bumps in the road caused by Bryan make him our 3rd place superstar.
2) Becky Lynch
The man Becky Lynch has been getting the upper hand on Bayley as of late. Costing her own team the match against the IIconics. Beating Lacey Evans. It’s hard to deny that The Man will be confident heading into MITB. 2nd.
1) Daniel Bryan
The champ. The planets champ. Daniel Bryan. Low blow after low blow has led to Daniel getting in AJ’s mind. Winning despite interference. Pinning AJ in a gauntlet. The New Daniel Bryan is hoping by MITB AJ won’t be the New World Champion.
